OUR HISTORY
Humble Beginnings
From a young age, Frank Cioppa was fascinated with building things from scratch. Watching his father build and love his job as a carpenter encouraged Frank to take the same career path. Frank started as a carpenter at 18 years old and has worked tirelessly to build what is now Appoic Contracting and Development. Our commitment to excellence has led our Construction Company to grow and prosper into what it is today.
